Job summary

Responsibilities

• Complete newborn hearing screenings and document results in the EMR.
• Assist audiologists with testing infants to adolescents.
• Stock supplies and perform equipment checks.
• Support operations for hearing devices and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot/repair devices; document charges.
• Order supplies, check-in equipment, and manage budgets and AP reconciliation.
• Maintain loaner stock and EPIC documentation.
• Respond to patient/family queries and communicate with care team.
• Attend trainings/meetings to stay updated on technology.
