CHILDRENS CRISIS TREATMENT CENTER INC in Philadelphia, PA seeks a part-time Behavioral Specialist Consultant to support stabilization and skill acquisition for children with behavioral needs. The role centers on designing and directing individualized behavior modification plans and collaborating with the treatment team.

Preferred BCBA certification or PA licensure in Behavior Specialist/Counseling/Social Work, plus a Master's in a related field and ABA experience.

Qualifications

BCBA certification preferred or PA license as Behavior Specialist, Counselor, or Social Worker.
Master's degree in Psychology, Clinical Social Work, Counseling, Special Education, Behavior Analysis, or related field.
Minimum of 1 year full-time ABA experience and 12 ABA credits from an accredited university.
State FBA training certificate and experience completing FBA’s, VB-MAPP, AFLS preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide expertise in behavior management, teaching new skills, replacement behaviors, and data collection.
Collaborate with the treatment team to identify goals and functionally equivalent interventions for communication and daily living skills.
Complete FBA’s, VB-MAPP, and AFLS assessments as part of case work.
Design and implement behavior management and skill acquisition plans with the treatment team.
Deliver direct services to children and families in home, school, daycare, and community settings.
Participate in inter-agency service planning meetings; act as clinical lead on cases.
