Job summary
Kids and Family Early Intervention Agency in Philadelphia seeks a Licensed Behavior Specialist to join our ABA team. Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist license (LBS)
- Experience with IBHS-ABA and CBH preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
- Passionate, dedicated, and eager to make an impact
- Organized, conscientious, and committed to ethical ABA practices
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide ongoing supervision and support to behavior technicians
- Monitor client progress and make data-driven program modifications
- Complete re-evaluations, progress reports, and treatment updates
- Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary providers
- Provide caregiver training and support
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Support children across home, school, daycare, and community settings
- Help foster a positive, ethical, and child-centered therapeutic environment
