GENTLE HELPERS is looking for a compassionate Part Time PCA/CNA to provide in-home care in Wilmington, NC. You'll assist clients with daily living activities, offer companionship, and collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance clients' quality of life. • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises as needed.
• Follow care plans and adhere to safety protocols at all times.

Requirements

• Current PCA or CNA certification in North Carolina.
• Previous experience in a caregiving role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Reliable transportation to travel between client homes.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Basic first aid and CPR certification is a plus.
