Job summary

FirstCash Pawn is hiring a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate. Earn $11.00 to $13.00 per hour plus a commission on every transaction. Associates can earn up to 8% commission based on personal performance, potentially adding about $1.09 per hour on top of base pay.

You’ll greet customers, process sales and loans, stock merchandise, and maintain a positive, high-energy store environment. Entry-level, flexible retail hours with opportunities for advancement and access to numerous employee perks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Must be willing and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Computer literate and able to operate POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Greets and engages customers to provide helpful financial solutions.
• Performs sales and loan transactions per policies and procedures.
• Maintains clean, stocked sales floor and displays.
• Handles cash and negotiable items in accordance with policy.
• Communicates effectively with coworkers and managers.
