Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate to join our pawn store locations nationwide. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and maintain a positive, professional experience.

This entry-level role offers an hourly wage of $15.00 to $17.70 per hour plus commissions, with Earned Wage Access and 401k eligibility after six months. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required, and firearms certification is available through the role.

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be willing and able to perform duties for extended periods (standing, walking, etc.).
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with customers to develop rapport and provide financial solutions.
• Performs sales and loan transactions in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Keeps the sales floor clean, stocked, and displays maintained.
• Handles cash and negotiable items per policies.
• Answers incoming calls and communicates legal aspects of pawn/transactions.
• Collaborates with teammates to create a positive customer experience.
