Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our pawn store team in a fast-paced environment. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and help maintain a clean sales floor while delivering excellent service.

The role includes commission opportunities and benefits such as earned wage access and 401(k) participation after eligibility. Prior experience with POS systems and cash handling is valued.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Willing to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in multiple store locations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to understand financial needs and explain options.
• Process sales and loan transactions per policies and regulations.
• Maintain clean, organized sales floor and display merchandise.
• Handle cash and negotiable items according to procedures.
• Answer calls and provide customer assistance and product information.
• Provide accurate information about pawn and buy transactions.
