Job summary

Bayou Pawn, operated under FirstCash Holdings, Inc., seeks an entry-level Part-Time Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate to join our stores nationwide. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and help with merchandise and inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers $10.00 to $14.00 per hour with commission based on productivity; personal earnings can rise with performance. Some locations may require weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Must lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Able to perform duties including basic math and cash handling.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Strong desire to work, serve customers, and be team-oriented.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work at multiple locations as needed.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to develop rapport and provide financial solutions.
• Process sales and loans accurately in line with policies.
