Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and employees while following site procedures and emergency plans.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout the retail center, parking areas, and perimeter to deter incidents.
• Respond calmly to incidents, disturbances, and emergencies; request assistance when needed.
• Monitor access points, observe activity, and report suspicious behavior or damage to site leadership.
• Prepare clear reports and maintain professional communications with tenants, visitors, law enforcement, and responders.
