Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate multiline telephone and paging system.
• Greets and directs visitors to the facility.
• Answer incoming calls and route to appropriate party.
• Receive, sort and forward incoming mail; coordinate express mail services.
• Maintain lobby and workstation in an organized, hazard-free condition.
• Report hazardous conditions and supply issues to supervisor.
• Attend department meetings and participate in in-services.
