Job summary

Warren Barr Gold Coast in Chicago, IL is seeking a dedicated C.N.A. Supervisor to lead our clinical team and ensure high-quality resident care in a welcoming, upscale setting.

You will supervise CNAs, conduct evaluations, provide education, oversee daily living activities, monitor changes in condition, and maintain a safe, clean environment for residents in a premier facility. Minimum Illinois CNA certificate and CPR required; two years of skilled nursing CNA experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Illinois CNA certificate and CPR Certification.
• Two years of CNA experience in a skilled nursing facility preferable.
• Ability to supervise and educate CNAs and maintain safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CNAs to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing education to CNAs.
• Oversee Activities of Daily Living tasks and monitor residents' condition.

As a C.N.A. Supervisor you are the front line of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Healthcare Nursing Center by providing general supervision of C.N.A.'s, conducting performance evaluations, providing education to C.N.A.'s as needed, performing Activities of Daily Living, observing changes in condition, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining education. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Illinois C.N.A. certificate and C.P.R. Certification. Two (2) years of C.N.A. experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferable.
