A Place at Home – Encinitas is seeking part-time caregivers who are studying nursing, pre-med, or allied health to gain real-world patient care experience. Flexible hours align with class schedules and a chance to earn income while building a healthcare résumé in North County San Diego.

Starting pay is $19/hr with potential increases for reliability and performance; leadership pathways and caregiver training programs help you grow toward healthcare leadership roles.

Qualificações

• Currently enrolled in a Nursing, Pre-Med, or Allied Health program.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 care for seniors, veterans, and adults with disabilities.
• Assist with mobility, hygiene, meals, and companionship, practicing empathy and clinical observation.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition — strengthening your assessment and documentation skills.
• Communicate effectively with families and office staff — the same teamwork skills you’ll use in medical settings.
