Professional PT in Massachusetts is seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients and ensure a positive experience. You will greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, complete new patient registration and data entry, discuss insurance benefits and payment responsibilities, collect balances, and perform standard clinic administrative duties.
