Trinity Health Corp. is seeking a part-time Patient Access professional in Fresno, CA, to handle outpatient/inpatient registration and insurance verification. The role includes collecting patient payments and confirming financial eligibility per payer requirements.

Prior customer service experience is needed; patient access experience is preferred. The position supports hospital operations, guides patients and families, and provides information to physician offices and other hospital users.

Competenze

• PAR I Entry level position.
• Minimum one (1) year customer service experience.
• Patient Access experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Provides patient focused customer service.
• Performs outpatient and/or inpatient registration and insurance verification functions.
• Collects patient financial liability payments and ensures that patients meet financial requirements including Medicare medical necessity, payer pre-certifications and referrals.
• Provides general information to hospital users, patients, families and physician offices.
