AutoZone is seeking a Delivery Driver to support our store teams in providing WOW! customer service. You will drive company vehicles to deliver automotive parts to commercial customers and DIY shoppers, while upholding safety and efficiency on every route.

No CDL required; excellent communication in English and Spanish is a plus, and you must be at least 18 with a valid license. This part-time role offers hourly pay and opportunities for growth within an essential retail network.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Valid driver's license and safety compliance to operate responsibly.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts, ensuring smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships.
• Drive company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers. Load and unload parts accurately per route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies.
• Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems. Maintain delivery vehicles and report any issues promptly.
