Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Valid Driver’s License & Safety Compliance: Must possess a valid driver’s license and adhere to driver safety requirements.
• Automotive Knowledge: Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! service by assisting commercial customers and DIY shoppers with automotive advice and installation.
• Collaborate with store staff and commercial accounts to maintain strong customer relationships.
• Maintain delivery operations to meet time and accuracy goals while following policies.
• Drive company vehicles to deliver parts to commercial customers; load/unload per route.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or vendors.
• Adhere to PPE and fleet safety guidelines for a safe driving environment.
• Process customer payments securely per policy.
• Stay updated on promotions and products; report vehicle issues promptly.
