Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by assisting commercial customers and DIY shoppers with automotive advice and services.
• Collaborate with store personnel to maintain smooth operations and strong customer relationships.
• Ensure efficient delivery operations, meet time/accuracy goals, and follow company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and deliver parts to customers, loading/unloading per route.
• Handle returns, cores, and pickups from nearby stores or vendors.
• Follow PPE and fleet safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Process payments securely and stay updated on promotions and products.
