Job summary

Hall County in Flowery Branch, GA, is seeking a part-time Parks Customer Service Associate to greet visitors, handle registrations, and manage reservations at Mulberry Creek Community Center. Evenings and weekends may be required as part of the schedule.

You will perform front desk duties, light clerical tasks, and basic accounting for fees and reservations while ensuring safety and a welcoming environment for park visitors and event attendees.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent.
• Any combination of education, experience, or skill, which provides the minimum level of qualifications stated above.
• Valid Class C driver’s license and satisfactory MVR.
• General computer skills to include Microsoft programs, email, and Parks specific reservation software.
• Ability to work nights, holidays and weekends.
• Excellent customer service and telephone skills to include anticipating needs of customers for information.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by greeting visitors and giving information.
• Assist with program registration, community center membership, fee collection, and reservations.
• Answer phones and route calls; take messages as needed.
• Open and close facility and support events.
• Maintain safety, security, and cleanliness during events.
• Manage reservations in computerized system and handle monetary transactions.
