The City of Madera is seeking a dependable Facility Aid to help maintain, set up, and care for our community parks, recreational facilities, and public spaces. This part-time role performs semi-skilled tasks to keep facilities clean, safe, and welcoming for everyone.

Under supervision, you will assist with rental oversight, light maintenance, and event setup, with shifts that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must demonstrate basic janitorial/maintenance experience.
• Valid Class C California Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and breakdown of events at facilities.
• Perform light maintenance and janitorial tasks.
• Oversee facility rentals with renter interaction as needed.
