Job summary

Reimagined Parking in Eugene, OR is seeking a Lot Attendant to support daily parking operations. You will greet guests, issue tickets, perform vehicle counts, and help maintain a clean, safe facility. The role requires teamwork with the Operations Manager and Shift Supervisor to meet safety and service standards.

The position is part-time at $18.00 per hour, with flexible shifts. You will work outdoors, handle traffic flow, and assist guests with questions while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and events.
• Must pass a background check in accordance with policy and laws.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; E-Verify may be used.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving and departing guests in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Direct incoming guests to available parking spaces as traffic controller.
• Perform vehicle counts to prevent overfill of the lot.
• Park vehicles according to layout, spacing, and site instructions.
• Distribute parking validation instructions or signage when applicable.
• Adjust cones, barriers, and directional signage as needed.
• Control traffic at entrances and exits and monitor pedestrian crossings.
• Provide assistance to guests who forget where they parked.
• Help with seasonal tasks (rain prep, heat precautions, etc.).
• Communicate with Operations Manager or Shift Lead and report safety concerns.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain professional communication with guests and teammates.
