Job summary

Eastern National is seeking a part-time Site Manager for Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore in Munising and Grand Sable, MI. You will oversee daily field operations, operate the cash register, stock shelves, and help create engaging displays while ensuring a clean and welcoming store environment for visitors.

The role requires flexibility to work weekends, a team approach, and a commitment to our mission-based, values-driven workplace.

Responsibilities

• Operate the cash register by processing appropriate tenders and maintaining accurate cash register records
• Restock the sales floor while following visual merchandising guidelines and help create visual displays
• Assist visitors with product selection and offer complementary products
• Navigate complex topics with sensitivity and respect
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and maintain prompt and regular attendance
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with others
• May open and close the store independently
