Qualifications

• Two years of janitorial or maintenance experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must have dependable transportation.
• A pre-employment criminal background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily inspections of all assigned Park properties and facilities.
• Prepares season opening and closing for each assigned area.
• Responsible for carrying out all janitorial duties in all Park facilities and restrooms.
• Maintain and update rental schedules and agendas with Parks Office.
• Monitors climate control operations during the weekend hours.
• Arms and disarms appropriate park alarms.
• Ensures supplies are stocked at each location and reports shortages.
• Performs minor landscape maintenance and cleans trails, playgrounds, and pavilions.
• Sweeps, mops, blows, and pressure washes park features and facilities.
