Urgency Room is hiring Paramedics for Minnesota locations including Vadnais Heights. You will deliver high-quality patient care, support assessment, treatment, monitoring, and education as part of a multidisciplinary clinical team.
The main duties include following clinician-directed care plans, documenting vital signs and clinical data, performing IV access, medication administration, EKGs, and operating life-support equipment to ensure safe, efficient patient care.
Urgency Room Paramedics play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care as part of a multidisciplinary clinical team. This position is responsible for supporting patient assessment, treatment, monitoring, procedures, stabilization, patient education, and care coordination while working collaboratively with physicians, advanced practice clinicians (APCs), registered nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
The primary purpose of this role is to provide safe, efficient, and patient-centered care while contributing to a seamless clinical experience. By implementing clinician-directed plans of care, performing advanced clinical interventions within scope of practice, communicating changes in patient condition, and responding effectively to emergent situations, Paramedics help ensure positive patient outcomes and operational excellence. This role is essential in supporting our mission to provide exceptional healthcare services to the communities we serve. We are seeking applicants for our locations in Woodbury, Golden Valley, Eagan, and Vadnais Heights.
The main job tasks include:
Work hours are based on clinic staffing and operational needs and may include a mixture of day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts. Shift lengths may vary based on patient volumes and clinic requirements.
Travel to other Urgency Room locations may be required for training, meetings, and operational support.
