Job summary

Urgency Room in Minnesota seeks a Paramedic to join our clinical team across Woodbury, Golden Valley, Eagan, and Vadnais Heights. You will support patient assessment, treatment, monitoring, and coordination under physician supervision.

The role emphasizes safe, efficient, and patient-centered care, with training in advanced life support, medication administration, and documentation in the EMR. Travel between locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Paramedic program.
• Current Minnesota Paramedic certification.
• Minimum of two years EMS experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Implement and follow the patient care plan established by the clinician
• Collect, assess, and document vital signs, EKGs, and other clinical data
• Perform advanced clinical interventions within scope of practice
• Operate ALS equipment such as defibrillators and monitors
• Administer medications under clinician direction
• Communicate changes in patient condition to the care team
• Provide patient and family education and complete documentation
