Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Palliative Care.
• Eligible for Florida Medical License.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient palliative care consultations for medically complex adults at UF Health Shands Hospital.
• Perform inpatient attending duties when applicable; teach and supervise medical students and residents.
• Collaborate across oncology, hospital medicine, critical care, cardiology, neurology, surgery, geriatrics and other specialties.
• Teach and mentor medical students, residents, fellows, and other health professional trainees.
• Engage in quality improvement, program development and educational initiatives.
• Collaborate with investigators on palliative care and serious illness research across UF.
