Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is looking for a part-time Store Associate for Store #722070 at 4507 Liberty Rd S, Salem, OR 97302. You will assist wholesale and retail customers, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions.

Duties include handling sales transactions, stocking displays, tinting/mixing products, and delivering strong customer service while pursuing monthly and yearly sales goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs. occasionally and 50 lbs. frequently.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries as needed.
