Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company in Solon, OH, is seeking a Store Associate to support customers in our store network. You will assist wholesale and retail customers, recommend paint-related products, and help achieve sales goals while ensuring top-quality service.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, stocking shelves, tinting and mixing products, and maintaining store visuals. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Stock shelves and set up displays, tint and mix products as needed.
• Maintain in-stock status and presentable conditions in assigned areas.
• Assist in deliveries and loading/unloading as needed.
