Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a part-time Store Associate to support both wholesale and retail customers at Store #701232 in Elyria, OH. You will help customers select products, provide accurate pricing, and process transactions while maintaining store presentation and product knowledge.

You will work to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets, assist with deliveries as needed, and stay informed about product features and available options.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service to customers.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Build productive relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and according to policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain accurate work orders and inventory records.
• Pull products from floor or warehouse; tint and mix to customer specs.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; ensure clean store equipment.
• Assist in deliveries and loading/unloading when needed.
• Stay knowledgeable on products and available options.
