Job summary

Martin's is seeking a Part-Time Packaging Laborer to operate packaging machinery and ensure product quality across our production lines. The role features a 6:30 AM - 2:40 PM schedule with three designated work days, and compensation includes hourly pay plus a shift differential, weekend premium, and profit-sharing opportunities.

As a member of the Martin's team, you will monitor packaging processes, remove substandard product, maintain clean work areas, and follow safety and GMP regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Related experience in food manufacturing or machine operation.
• Ability to operate machinery or learn to operate machinery and equipment.
• Ability to adapt to changes in consumer demand.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate product quality at packaging for standards.
• Remove substandard product from line.
• Communicate quality issues to Supervisor for correction.
• Remove packaged product from conveyor line.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
