FedEx is seeking a part-time handler in the United States Alaska region to move packages, documents, and supplies efficiently and safely. The role is non-driving and requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing and walking during designated hours, and working in various weather conditions.

Typical shifts include early morning hours; pay rate starts at $20.36 per hour with opportunities for training and advancement in a fast-paced, safety‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 50 lbs from ground to chest level.
• Able to maneuver packages above 50 lbs with equipment or assistance.
• Able to walk and stand for designated hours.
• Able to bend/squat as required and move packages in enclosed spaces.
• Able to work in all weather conditions and climb stairs or ladders as needed.
• Able to communicate effectively in noisy environments.

Responsabilités

• Provides movement of packages, documents, dangerous goods and/or supply support in a timely, safe and efficient manner.
• Uses scan/load methods as part of standard operating procedures.
• This is a non-driving position (public roadways).
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervision.
