United Parcel Service, Inc. is seeking a Dispatch Analyst to support dispatch and preload teams in daily operations. The role focuses on analyzing dispatch plans, identifying opportunities, publishing reports, and conducting service audits to improve accuracy and efficiency.

The position requires a Bachelor) degree or international equivalent, DPS/UDC familiarity, and strong planning skills. UPS offers comprehensive benefits and stability as a permanent employee in a fast-paced logistics

• Utilizes mapping tools.
• Plots previous data and compares actual dispatch to planned dispatch.
• Maintains a loop analysis to ensure periodic analysis of all loops.
• Utilizes available reports and systems.
• Completes monthly dispatch audit.

Pay Range: Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $26.25/hr to $42.65/hr. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
