Job summary

UPS seeks a Dispatch Analyst to assist the Package Dispatch Supervisor with dispatch analysis and daily duties supporting the dispatch and preload teams. You will examine dispatch plans, identify opportunities, publish reports, and perform service audits.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent (preferred), DPS/UDC knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Strong planning and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent preferred.
• DPS and UDC knowledge required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products or equivalent.
• Customer-focused with strong planning and organization skills.
• Familiar with package flow technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verifies system downloads.
• Identifies various service failures and exceptions.
• Prints and distributes multiple daily reports.
• Makes necessary report updates and communicates changes to PDS.
• Utilizes mapping tools.
• Plots previous data and compares actual dispatch to planned dispatch.
• Maintains a loop analysis to ensure periodic analysis of all loops.
• Utilizes available reports and systems.
• Completes monthly dispatch audit.
