Job summary

Southwestern Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor for the overnight shift on a part-time basis. You will lead the nursing team from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, ensuring exceptional care and resident safety.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, clinical judgment, and communication skills, with prior supervisory experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting. PA RN license is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise overnight nursing staff to maintain high-quality resident care.

• Ensure compliance with facility policies, standards, and regulations.
• Oversee accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and team members to ensure continuity of care.
