Job summary

The Summit of Winter Garden, part of Grace Management, Inc., is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for part-time overnights 11:00pm–7:00am. This role leads the wellness shift, coordinates resident care, and delegates tasks to RCAs and Medication Technicians.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program.
• Active nursing license in the state.
• Minimum two years nursing experience.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Experience in assisted living and dementia care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and delegate shift tasks to RCAs/MTs to ensure care coverage.
• Supervise delivery of personal care to residents.
• Administer medications per MAR and document accurately.
• Lead shift as team supervisor and support Wellness Director.
• Respond to emergencies promptly and maintain professional demeanor.
• Ensure safety and proper use of equipment and supplies.
