The Kimpton Hotel Monaco Pittsburgh is hiring a Full Time Overnight Housekeeping Cleaner! Hours for this role will be 11PM-7AM, Friday through Sunday.

What You'll Do

Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel while providing excellent service to guests. Act as an advocate for the hotel, creating personalized experiences and developing relationships to encourage guest return.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensure cleanliness of the lobby, hallways, public areas, sidewalk, brass awning poles, signage, entrance, and alley.
• Clean and set up meeting rooms according to function sheets.
• Perform deep cleaning of rooms and public spaces as assigned.
• Set up and maintain lobby functions like morning coffee service and evening concierge events.
• Deliver housekeeping items to guest rooms upon request.
• Receive assignments, keys, and guest requests from your supervisor at the start of your shift.
• Check and replenish supplies and cleaning tools.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.
• Return lost items with proper documentation.
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed outside of this job description.

What You Bring

• High School Diploma preferred.
• At least 1 year of customer service or similar experience.
• Housekeeping experience is a plus.
• Passion for customer service, good verbal communication, and basic writing skills.
• Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
