Job Summary

The Overnight Closer will ensure a positive member experience by providing exceptional customer service, handling front desk activities, and managing shift closing procedures including bank deposits.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, providing excellent service
• Answer phones and assist callers
• Check members in and sign up new members
• Conduct tours for prospective members
• Update member accounts as needed
• Address member questions and concerns professionally
• Maintain club cleanliness
• Close shift and prepare bank deposit

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Passion for fitness and health

• Punctuality and reliability

Physical Demands

• Stand and walk continuously
• Speak in person and on the phone
