Ellie Mental Health Centerville is seeking a Part-Time Outpatient Therapist to join our compassionate, locally owned clinic. You will diagnose, design treatment plans, and collaborate with a dynamic team to expand access to quality mental health care.

We offer a flexible hybrid schedule, a supportive office environment, a strong emphasis on clinician well-being, and ongoing professional development through stipends and supervision for licensure.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral sciences field from an accredited college or university.
• Candidates should hold clinical licensure (LMFT, LPCC, LPC, LMSW, LICSW, LP, etc.).
• Ability to work in office on Saturdays with remote options on weekdays and Sundays.
• Ability to document and submit services within 24 hours.
• Experience with diverse client bases and familiarity with EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, create and maintain individualized treatment plans.
• Provide excellent client service and collaborate with the team to expand access to care.
• Use creative interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Maintain clinical documentation in the EHR system.
• Manage a caseload of at least 15 client visits per week.
• Coordinate with case managers, families, work personnel, medical staff, and school personnel.
• Attend required clinical staff meetings and trainings.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation range $35-$55 an hour (based on qualifications)

Position Overview:

As a Part-Time Outpatient Therapist at Ellie Mental Health, you'll share our vision for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care and thrive in an environment driven by our core values of authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination. Responsibilities Include:

• Diagnose, create and maintain individualized treatment plans
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
• Maintain clinical documentation in EHR system
• Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 15 client visits per week
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
• Attend and participate in required clinical staff meetings and trainings.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Ability to work in office on Saturdays. Remote options available during weekday hours and Sundays.
• Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and on track to obtain licensure in their designated field
• Candidates should have clinical licensure (LMFT, LPCC, LPC, LMSW, LICSW, LP etc.)
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents within 24 hours
• Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
• Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!), including the collection of co-payments
