Job summary

Ellie Mental Health, a locally owned clinic serving Centerville and Springboro, OH, is seeking a bilingual outpatient therapist to join our compassionate team. This role emphasizes accessibility to care, authenticity, and collaboration in a supportive hybrid work setting.

Responsibilities include delivering therapy in English and another language, creating individualized treatment plans, and maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field.
• Clinical licensure in progress (LMFT/LPCC/LPC/LMSW/LICSW/LP).
• Ability to maintain boundaries with clients and meet documentation timelines within 24 hours.
• Experience with diverse client bases and EHR systems (Valant a plus).

• Maintain clinical documentation in the EHR.
• Manage a caseload of 25 client visits per week (full-time).

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation range $35-$60 an hour (based on qualifications)

Position Overview:

As a Bilingual Outpatient Therapist at Ellie Mental Health, you'll share our vision for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care and thrive in an environment driven by our core values of authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination. The mental health industry is full of barriers, and we’ve made it our goal to fill the gap and find innovative ways to break down these barriers for the communities we serve.

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide multiculturally humble therapy services in both English and another language (e.g. Spanish or ASL)


• Diagnose, create and maintain individualized treatment plans


• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community


• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals


• Maintain clinical documentation in EHR system


• Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week (for full time status, 15 for PT)


• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed


• Attend and participate in required clinical staff meetings and trainings.


• Participate in clinic marketing, outreach, and networking community events

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and on track to obtain licensure in their designated field


• Candidates should have clinical licensure (LMFT, LPCC, LPC, LMSW, LICSW, LP etc.)


• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients


• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents within 24 hours


• Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base


• Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!), including the collection of co-payments
