Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in behavioral health, an active license or are on the licensure path, and demonstrate strong communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LMFT).
• Active clinical license or on the path to licensure (supervision available as capacity allows).
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Comfort working with diverse populations.
• Familiarity with EHR systems; Valant experience is a plus.
• Genuine passion for helping people heal and thrive.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and/or family therapy using evidence-based interventions.
• Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and document accurately.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and community partners.
• Maintain a minimum of 25 client hours per week for full-time status.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and case consultations.
• Contribute to a supportive, inclusive culture.
