Job summary

Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient, part of Universal Health Services, is seeking a licensed behavioral health professional to treat children, teens and adults in clinic-based settings and in schools or homes as needed.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a human services field and current licensure (LCSW/LPC/Licensed variants). Two years of psychiatric treatment experience is preferred, with strong teamwork across care settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Master’s Degree in a Human Services field, preferably Social Work, from an accredited university.
• Current licensure (LAC, LMFT, LPC, LPE-I, PLMSW, LMSW or LCSW).
• A minimum of two years psychiatric treatment experience is preferred along with experience in individual, group, and family therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health modalities and develop targeted treatment goals for client populations.
• Deliver high-quality, cost-effective care within regulatory, licensing and accreditation requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and adapt care to children, teens and adults.

Responsibilities Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient offers a wide range of outpatient services across the state of Arkansas with service delivery models to fit the various needs of patients as young as age 5. We address a variety of emotional/behavioral health needs for children, teens and adults in a traditional clinic-based setting, but we're also able to offer support by providing options for therapy sessions in the school or home. As a part of Pinnacle Pointe Behavioral Health System, we bring over 25 years of experience providing quality care to children and adolescents. Qualifications
