• Plans and implements treatment programs including community reintegration outings.
• Administers daily therapy sessions ensuring age-appropriate plans.
• Selects adaptive equipment and trains patients in its use.
• Assesses patients and sets measurable short- and long-term goals.
• Documents in Care Connection and ensures accurate billing.
• Maintains productive daily schedule and participates in quality improvement.
