Atrium Medical Center is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist for outpatient care from 9am to 5:30pm (24 hours per week). The role includes collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, implementing plans of care, and providing education to patients and families.

Qualified candidates hold a PT degree from an accredited program, Ohio licensure, and BLS within 30 days of hire. Prior experience is preferred but new grads are welcomed.

Formación

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Physical Therapy license in Ohio.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluates, treats, documents, delegates and discharges patients per service guidelines.
• Engages in interdisciplinary patient care management.
• Bills appropriately for services and supplies via documentation.
• Oversees Physical Therapist Assistants.
• Provides patient/family education.
• Participates in performance improvement activities.
• Manages caseload per department standards.
• Supports patient satisfaction and ensures quality experience.
• Completes required competencies and testing.
