Job summary

NovaCare Rehabilitation in Columbus, OH is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for outpatient services with a focus on vestibular and concussion care. You will evaluate, treat, and document patient progress while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to restore function and return patients to activity.

The role requires eligibility for Ohio licensure or active licensure, CPR certification, and a commitment to ongoing professional development through mentorship and certification

Qualifications

• Looking for a Physical Therapist who is certified in Vestibular and/or concussion therapy.
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice.
• CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third‑party payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
