Job summary

MercyOne Medical Group, at MercyOne Genesis Silvis Physical Therapy, is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist for part-time outpatient coverage. You will evaluate and treat patients of all ages, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians, SLP, PT, and OT to meet functional goals.

Weekend coverage may be required occasionally. Qualifications include graduation from a physical therapy program, Illinois licensure, and BLS within 3 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed in Illinois.
• BLS within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients of all ages.
• Develop treatment plans with involvement of family/support systems.
• Collaborate with Physicians, SLP, PT and OT in an outpatient setting with occasional weekend coverage.
