Job summary

Trinity Health MercyOne Genesis Silvis Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients of all ages in an outpatient setting. You will develop comprehensive treatment plans with family involvement and collaborate with physicians, SLP, PT, and OT.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Illinois to practice physical therapy.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• BLS certification within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients of all ages in outpatient setting.
• Develop treatment plans with involvement of family/support systems.
• Collaborate with physicians and other therapy professionals.
• Occasional inpatient weekend coverage may be required.
