Qualifications

• Must be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished either orally or written in English.
• Must be able to make mathematical computations.

• Must be able to maintain accurate written and/or computerized records of work performed, including daily work logs, equipment usage, and maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of manual labor tasks related to the maintenance and beautification of Town parks, grounds, landscaped areas, and other Town-owned properties.
• Duties include planting, weeding, trimming, mulching, fertilizing, watering, mowing, removing trash, maintaining cooking grills, and performing general grounds maintenance and cleanup.
