Job summary

Meadowcreek Golf Course, located in Charlottesville, VA, is seeking a part-time Outside Golf Operations Staff member to enhance member and guest experiences and grow knowledge of golf operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Compensation ranges from $12.77 to $18.50 per hour with benefits including health care and a 401(k) with employer match. Prior related experience or training and reliable attendance are required.

• One month related experience or training.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.
• Assists in educating players regarding the game.
• Directs start of play when necessary.
• Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
• Serves customers renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.
• Assists with food and beverage activities.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.
