Job summary

PITT OHIO is seeking a Part Time Dockworker-Outbound at the Cincinnati, OH location. This role supports loading, unloading and staging freight on dock with DOT compliance and safety first. Days are Monday-Friday with 5 PM start, offering competitive pay and a respectful work environment.

The successful candidate will read labels, handle paperwork and operate manual handling tools with care. Excellent English communication is required, and the position is at-will with opportunity for growth

Qualifications

• Must pass a NON-DOT physical examination.
• Must consent to a pre-employment drug screen with negative result.
• Must read and write English and perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Ten-year work history check; gaps may require explanation and documentation.
• At-will employment with Pitt Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight according to DOT requirements on and off trucks by hand or using hand trucks or dollies.
• Sort and secure items on trucks or dock to prevent damage.
• Operate carts, dollies, pallet jacks, and tow motors as needed.
• Process paperwork daily related to job execution.
• Work safely, comply with regulations, and be available Monday-Friday with a 5 PM start.
