JTC Home Health is seeking a Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to serve patients in the San Diego area and neighboring North County communities. The role focuses on helping patients regain independence in daily activities with one-on-one home-based therapy.

Ideal candidates hold a California OT license, a valid driver's license, and CPR/BLS certification, with home health or outpatient rehab experience preferred. Competitive pay and flexible scheduling are offered for this part-time position.

Qualificações

• Current, active California Occupational Therapist (OT) License.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation for community visits.
• Experience in home health or outpatient rehabilitation is highly preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patient function, cognition, and ADL/IADL performance.
• Develop, implement, and manage individualized, goal-oriented OT treatment plans.
• Focus on activities of daily living to maximize patient independence and safety at home.
• Collaborate with RNs, PTs, and Speech Therapists to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
• Maintain professional and timely documentation as required by Medicare and state guidelines.
