JTC Home Health Inc. is seeking a talented and motivated Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team serving patients in the San Diego area and neighboring North County San Diego communities.

If you excel at helping patients regain independence in their daily lives, we want you! You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop and manage individualized OT treatment plans, focus on ADLs to maximize home independence, and collaborate with RNs, PTs and Speech Therapists to ensure

Qualifications

• Current, active California Occupational Therapist (OT) License.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation for community visits.
• Experience in home health or outpatient rehabilitation is highly preferred.
• Strong skills in functional assessment, patient motivation, and goal setting.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patient function, cognitive skills, and ADL/IADL performance.
• Develop, implement, and manage individualized, goal-oriented Occupational Therapy treatment plans.
• Focus on activities of daily living (dressing, bathing, cooking, etc.) to maximize patient independence and safety at home.
• Collaborate with RNs, PTs, and Speech Therapists to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
• Maintain professional and timely documentation as required by Medicare and state guidelines.
